Module 1.  (3 periods of 8 days in 3 months)                                                                               

Intensive guiding period I-Telling 

Main goal: Implementing FAD’s vision.

Review assignment  for staff.

Workshop for staff.

Demo training(s)  by FAD (on request).

Strategy meetings with CEO, GM, HOY.

Presentations about relevant topics (on request).

Feedback meetings with HOY and/or other departments.

Online assistance in between periods.

Evaluation and end-report Module 1.

Planning Module 2.

 

Module 2. (6 periods of 5 days in 7 months)                                                                                        

Intensive guiding period II-Selling

Main goal: implementing FAD’s vision.

Anchoring and guarding the vision implemented in Module 1.

Development/ studytrip with the HOY (and others)  to AFC Ajax's youth Academy.

Reviews   for staff.

Workshops  for staff.

Strategy meetings with CEO, GM, HOY.

Presentations about relevant topics (on request).

Feedback meetings with HOY and/or other departments.

Use of FAD in final-phase of scouting (if needed).

Online presentations to staff (Skype).

Online assistance in between periods.

Evaluation and end report Module 2.

Planning Module 3.

  

Module 3.  (8 periods of 5 days in 10 months)                                                                                 

Extensive guiding period - Participating

Main goal: Innovation of the existing situation.

Anchoring and guarding the vision implemented in Modules 1&2.

Advise on innovations for the youth Academy.

Building a youth plan with  vision of FAD together with the staff.

Development/study trip with the HOY (and others) to AFC Ajax youth Academy.

Development/study trip with the HOY (and others) to Dutch youth Academies.

Reviews for staff.

Workshop for staff.

Strategy meetings with CEO, GM, HOY.

Presentations about relevant topics (on request).

Feedback meetings with HOY and/or other departments.

Observing & assisting coaches on the pitch.

Online presentations to staff (Skype).

 

Module 4. (8 periods of 5 days in 10 months)                                                                                 

Finalizing period - Delegating

Main goal: Fine tuning and delegating to current staff.

Design a long term future planning for the youth Academy.

Guarding the vision of FAD implemented in Module 1.

Advise on innovations for the youth Academy.

Fine tuning and adjusting the youth plan with vision of FAD made in Module 3.

Development/ study trip with the HOY (and others)  to international top youth Academy.

Reviews for staff.

Workshop for staff.

Strategy meetings with CEO, GM, HOY.

Presentations about relevant topics (on request).

Feedback meetings with HOY and/or other departments.

Observing & assisting coaches on the pitch.

Use of FAD in end phase of scouting (if needed).

Online presentations to staff (Skype).

Online assistance in between periods.

Evaluation and end report Module 6.

Planning future monitoring.
