During the Belgium coaches day, I gave a demonstration in the stadium of Sporting Lokeren. 350 youth coaches attended this seminar. The theme was the duel 1:1 with players. We started out focusing on Technique, after that we included Insight and finally Communication.

Januari 2003: Henk Mariman was youth coach at the Belgium club Sporting Lokeren. In the new season he will be working for Germinal Beerschot Antwerpen. Recently he organized for the third time the successful Belgium coaches day. The attendances was enormous, 350 coaches attended the seminar.
