What FAD will do for you.

• Organize a meeting with stakeholders and client to clarify the question and purpose of the assignment.

• Organize an introductory meeting with your club's or association's relevant staff members to explain our methods and objectives and to establish expectations.

• Perform a Quick scan or Deep scan to identify areas for improvement.

• Draw up a report

• Explain the results of the Quick- or Deep Scan in a presentation and a discussion (conversation?). 

• Inform staff about the scan's results, the follow-up process and how to implement the identified areas for improvement.

• These measures should improve the quantity and quality of your acedemy's outflow of players.

• These measures should improve the general performance of your club’s or association’s academy in the long run.

• This in turn should lead to a general club wide improvement by taking the entire organisation to a higher level.
