Quick- & Deep Scan

 

1. Quick Scan or Deep Scan

The Quick Scan and the Deep Scan consist of rounds of interviews with key people within the organization, analysis of existing youth policy and careful observation of training, facilities and matches. The scans will provide clients with an objective analysis of the current level of their youth academies and discern where there might be room for improvement. In contrast to common practice, scans conducted by FAD emphasize the technical and pedagogic aspects of football education.

2. Presentation of Quick Scan or Deep Scan results and assessment

Following the scan, results, insights and advice will be presented to the club’s stakeholders and/or staff. We will also propose a custom-made strategy This way all parties involved will be able to negotiate a plan of action matching the club’s or association’s needs and requirements.
