At the invitation of the Danish Football Association, Ariel Jacobs and I gave a Masterclass to some Academy directors of Danish Professional Football Clubs. In this two-day course we gave presentations and set the participants to work with assignments that later during the course had to be presented to each other and discussed. The topics were: Strategy, Structure, Vision on football, Vision on talent development, working from a curriculum, talent recognition and human resource development.
