Presentation given to Academy directors, of participating clubs in the UEFA Youth League. The seminar was organized to evaluate- to look forward to the next edition of the Youth league and to discuss the rules and regulations. During this seminar I have represented the AFC Ajax academy and presented the Ajax academy philosophy, mission, vision and way of working within the academy and mainly the older youth department.
